Three things to know:
1. Mr. Hart will manage Promises’ accounting and treasury management, as well as financial reporting, analysis and strategy.
2. His previous roles include serving as senior vice president, CFO and treasurer for National Surgical Healthcare, and senior vice president of finance for Brentwood, Tenn.-based Surgery Partners.
3. Mr. Hart brings “deep expertise in M&A transactions” to Promises, according to Promises CEO Kirk Kureska.
