1. Dr. Lopez is double board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation as well as pain medicine.

2. He earned his medical degree from San Juan, Puerto Rico-based University of Puerto Rico. He completed a residency at Boston-based Harvard Medical School and a fellowship at San Antonio-based University of Texas Health Sciences Center.

3. Dr. Lopez most recently practiced at El Paso (Texas) Pain Center.
