Ophthalmic ASC offers free cataract surgery for veterans

EyeCare Associates of South Tulsa is offering free cataract surgeries for veterans at its clinic and surgery center, according to the Tulsa Beacon.

Applications for the surgeries are due Oct, 23. Candidates will be selected based on need, and the surgeries are scheduled to take place Nov. 8. This is the third year the practice has provided surgeries free of charge.
