3. With more than 30 years’ experience in ophthalmology, Mr. Neal’s past experiences include serving as Mississauga, Canada-based TLC Laser Vision Center’s CEO and as Abbott Medical Optics Global Sales & Marketing department’s division vice president.

4. Mr. Neal said, “It is great to be back in the vision industry leading an organization that is bringing together some of the country’s best optometric and ophthalmic practices along with ambulatory surgery centers specializing in eye care.”
