In his role as chief of operations at Optum, Norman Wright oversees the company's global solutions, relationship office as well as operation teams. Joining Optum's team in 2013, he has experience in the financial services and retail sectors.
Mr. Wright previously served as a partner at Accenture, a consulting firm. He also was in charge of customer care at Home Shopping Network. Additionally, he has held positions at Fidelity Investments, GE Capital and Chase Manhattan Bank.
Mr. Wright is on the board of United Health Foundation as well as Charitable Giving Committee.
