Dr. Hord has 25 years-plus experience in private practice in the Atlanta area and was among the first group of physicians to gain pain management board certification in the U.S.
Dr. Hord spent nearly 16 years at Atlanta-based Emory University School of Medicine. He specializes in treating acute and chronic pain through advanced interventional techniques.
For 10 years, Dr. Hord was a board of directors' member for nonprofit Flying Doctors of America. He has organized various medical missions to South America and Southeast Asia.
