In 2011, DJ Hill co-founded Compass Surgical Partners alongside Sean Rambo. Mr. Hill is currently the CEO of the management company. In his role as CEO, Mr. Hill oversees hospital and physician-only joint ventures.
Mr. Hill was chief development officer for Titan Health, which United Surgical Partners International acquired in 2011. Mr. Hill serves on the boards of various nonprofits and charter schools. He has held various investor and board member positions at healthcare start-ups over the past two decades.
