1. Dr. Feinsod previously served as the company’s product development officer.

2. He succeeds Michael Goldstein, MD, who left the company to pursue other opportunities.

3. Dr. Feinsod holds several ophthalmology-based patents. He has also founded several companies, including Imagen Biotech, a company developing ophthalmology treatments for the unmet needs of those suffering from sight-threatening diseases.
