Zydus Healthcare, a subsidiary of Cadila Healthcare, acquired gastrointestinal brand ‘Actibile’ from drug firm Albert David, according to The Economic Times.

2. Albert David is the pharmaceutical venture of the Kothari Group, an India-based industrial group.
