Gastroenterology Ltd. will be a tenant in an under development medical office building in Virginia Beach, Va., The Virginian-Pilot reports.

1. The Virginia Beach practice leased 19,210 square feet of a new medical office building, set to open in 2020.

2. Lynchburg-based OrthoVirginia leased 16,950 square feet in the building.

3. Developers built the space on a lot adjacent to Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital.
