Atlanta-based United Digestive has forged a new partnership with Tampa, Fla.-based Gastro MD and Gastroenterology of Greater Orlando.
According to an Oct. 28 news release shared with Becker’s, the transaction marks a significant expansion into the Florida market for United Digestive, who will add 32 clinicians as a result of the deal.
Gastro MD and Gastroenterology of Greater Orlando bring six clinics and two ASCs to United Digestive’s network, expanding the organization’s reach into Orlando, Tampa and Daytona.
