Nashville, Tenn.-based TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center cut the ribbon on a new endoscopy center, according to a July 14 report from Davidson County Source.
The new center will provide care for a variety of digestive conditions and procedures, including screening colonoscopies and advanced gastrointestinal treatments.
“The new endoscopy center allows us to provide high-quality digestive care in an environment designed around our patients,” Clayton Spiceland, MD, a gastroenterologist at the hospital, said in the report. “Whether patients are coming in for a routine screening colonoscopy or a more advanced procedure, we’re able to deliver a seamless experience while continuing to provide the exceptional clinical care our community expects.”
