Ohio's TriHealth has announced it has acquired Gastroenterology Consultants of Cincinnati, according to a news release.
Thirteen GCGC physicians will join TriHealth's new Digestive Institute. The physicians will continue to see patients at former GCGC offices in Montgomery, Ohio; Lawrenceburg, Ind.; and several other offices in Greater Cincinnati.
GCGC physicians joining the TriHealth Digestive Institute include the following:

- Michel Ghastine, MD
- Nav K. Grandhi, MD
- Carmen Meier, MD
- Maritza Palusiak, MD
- Allan L. Peck, MD
- Tariq Shakoor, MD
- Manojkumar Singh, MD
- Frederick L. Weber, MD
- Ronald J. Weisberger, MD
The TriHealth Digestive Institute, the fourth institute for TriHealth, will focus on a range of digestive and gastrointestinal diseases and disorders.
