The Health Resources and Services Administration used 2015 Uniform Data System data to compile colorectal cancer screen rates at U.S. federally qualified health centers across the country.

Here are the 10 states with the highest screening rates:

Maine: 60.5 percent
Vermont: 59.6 percent
New Hampshire: 54.5 percent
Delaware: 49.7 percent
Connecticut: 48.3 percent
Massachusetts: 47.9 percent
Washington: 41.6 percent
Rhode Island: 41.5 percent
California: 41.2 percent
North Dakota: 41.1 percent

Here are the 10 states with the lowest screening rates:

Wyoming: 9.9 percent
Oklahoma: 16.7 percent
Utah: 21.4 percent
Nevada: 24.1 percent
Missouri: 25.5 percent
Arkansas: 28.1 percent
Idaho: 28.7 percent
Kansas: 29.7 percent
Mississippi: 31.5 percent
Alabama: 31.7 percent
