1. Takeda Pharmaceuticals will introduce biosensors and wearable technology into a select group of clinical studies, using Koneksa Health's technology data platform.
2. The Koneksa Health platform will allow researchers to remotely collect patient data, such as vital signs, activity levels and sleep metrics.
3. Ongoing remote data collection will help Takeda Pharmaceuticals study disease progression, treatment effects and safety profiles of its new drugs, which focus on treating oncology, gastroenterology and central nervous system conditions.
