1. Dr. Hlivko earned his medical degree from Richmond-based Virginia Commonwealth University. He completed an internship and residency at Akron, Ohio-based Summa Health System and a fellowship at Morgantown-based West Virginia University.
2. He is an American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, American College of Gastroenterology and American Gastroenterological Association member.
