Physician performs 1,000th robotic colorectal surgery

Hollis Rogers III, MD, performed his 1,000th robotic surgery at Fayetteville, Ark.-based Washington Regional Medical Center, the hospital said Nov. 2.

Dr. Rogers specializes in colorectal surgery and has earned the SRC master surgeon in robotic surgery accreditation. 

He graduated from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, La., and has been in practice for more than 15 years.
