Oshi Health names chief people officer

Virtual gastroenterology clinic Oshi Health, based in New York City, has tapped Brittany Flanagan as its inaugural chief people officer.

Oshi Health is a virtual, in-network, multidisciplinary GI clinic available in all 50 states to more than 63 million people, according to a May 14 news release. 

Ms. Flanagan joins Oshi after previously holding roles at Amazon Pharmacy, Koala Health, PillPack and Target.

She specializes in scaling teams and fostering high-performance cultures, and will focus on expanding Oshi’s workforce. 

In addition, she will emphasize corporate culture, preserve Oshi’s connection and cohesion, and implement new AI systems focused on reducing repetitive work and improving efficiency. She is also tasked with launching leadership and clinical development programs, and deepening employee engagement.
