MemorialCare Medical Foundation’s Beach Surgical Holdings, a joint venture with Surgical Care Affiliates, has acquired a 51 percent interest in Digestive Disease Center. SCA will assume management control of the facility.
The remaining 49 percent of the center is owned by Monarch HealthCare and the center’s gastroenterologist partners.
