1. Gastroenterologist John Clements, MD, and bariatric surgeon Ryan Heider, MD, are involved in the development.
2. The 31,000-square-foot building will comprise an endoscopy suite, physician offices and conference space.
3. Construction on the Mooresville development began in mid-May. Edifice, a general contractor, expects to finish the project in February 2020.
