The endoscopy center, which is one the busiest in the area, will shift shares among four non physician owners. The new ownership group will include 10 physicians who will own 73 percent of the center, with the four non-physician owners making up the rest.
According to Buffalo Business First, physicians at the center completed 15,027 procedures in 2018.
