Nevada Endoscopy Center Files for Bankruptcy

The Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada, which is located in Las Vegas, has filed for bankruptcy, according to a report by KVBC News.

In April, the center was found to have used unsafe injection practices, potentially exposing thousands of patients to hepatitis C and other blood-borne diseases.

The center is involved in several civil suits as a result of these practices, which may be delayed due to the bankruptcy, according to the report.
