Ms. Ram’s appointment is part of the transition plan for Andrew Taylor, who stepped down as CFO June 2, according to a June 5 news release from the medical technology company. Mr. Taylor will serve as an advisor to Motus GI to help with the transition.
Ms. Ram has more than 20 years of experience at financial and operational organizations of global technology and medical devices companies.
