The tool also engages no-show patients to schedule new appointments, update patients on potential delays and solicit patient feedback through automated surveys.
2. Modernizing Medicine partnered with Relatient to offer the tool.
3. The tool will be offered to Modernizing Medicine’s gastroenterology, dermatology, ophthalmology, orthopedic surgery, pain management, otolaryngology, urology and plastic surgery customers.
