1. I-Health is an independent physician organization that allows its members to retain their independence while offering the support of a larger entity.

2. I-Health launched in 2019 and counts Golden Valley, Minn.-based Twin Cities Orthopedics, the state’s largest orthopedic practice, as one of its members.

3. Colon & Rectal Surgery Associates was formed more than 50 years ago. Michael Spencer, MD, said, “We feel the partnership with i-Health will provide additional resources to serve our community and allow us to continue our educational endeavors into the foreseeable future.”
