Hagerstown, Md.-based Meritus Health has added Christine Lewis, MD, to its digestive health practice.
Dr. Lewis is a gastroenterologist specializing in the treatment of digestive issues involving the esophagus, stomach, small and large intestines as well as diseases of the gallbladder, pancreas, liver and bile duct, according to an April 15 news release from Meritus Health.
She will provide care at Meritus Digestive Health Services in Hagerstown. Dr. Lewis is certified in gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine
Dr. Lewis completed her residency in internal medicine at George Washington University School of Medicine, also in Washington, D.C., and a fellowship in gastroenterology at New York Medical College in Valhalla, the release said.
