1. Mr. Allen was brought on through The Tolan Group, a healthcare executive recruitment firm, according to a May 12 news release.
2. He has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership and private equity.
3. Before joining OneGI, he founded Atlanta-based NeuroMatrix. NeuroMatrx was one of the first telemedical platforms and was later sold to SpecialtyCare, where Mr. Allen was president of the southeast division.
