Law firm Edelson Lechtzin is investigating privacy violations at Gastroenterology Associates of Central Florida, also known as the Center for Digestive Health, in Orlando.
The center learned of an unauthorized party accessing its network April 11, according to a March 10 press release. Approximately 112,437 patients were impacted by the breach.
Compromised information included patient names, Social Security numbers, birth dates and health information.
Edelson is seeking legal remedies for patients who had their sensitive information breached.
