Healthmark adds Endo Bin & Trolley Set; enables controlled delivery & retrievable system for endoscopes

Fraser, Mich.-based Healthmark added The Endo Bin and Trolley set, which features five lockable Round Soakers trays. The trays allow providers to safely hold flexible scopes without over-bending. Additionally, The Endo Bin and Trolley Set enables providers to readily slide the trays onto a stainless-steel Trolley, facilitating a controlled delivery and retrieval system for endoscopes equipped with tamper evident seals.

In the set, Healthmark included a pre-packaged sample pack of two “Clean” seals, marked by the color green, as well as two “Dirty” seals, indicated by red coloring, for each lockable Round Soaker tray. The green lock makes clinical staff fully aware that the internal endoscope has been processed and is ready for use. On the other hand, the red-biohazard seal ensures staff members are aware providers have used the scope, and is thereby contaminated.

Since its inception in 1969, Healthmark has created and marketed solutions, helping healthcare facilities deliver surgical instruments and other medical devices to patients.
