- Mike Fereday, Bradley Whiteside Rehabilitation physical therapy assistant
- Yesenia Portes, billing specialist
- Bryan Cheever, MD, primary care physician
- Debbie Hall, registered nurse, recovery
- Sandra Collins, neurology practice manager
3. The health system accepts nominations from any of its affiliated practices.
