GreeneStone Healthcare to sell endoscopy division for C$1.25M

GreeneStone Healthcare, based in Ontario, Canada, will sell its endoscopy division for C$1.25 million to Jaintheelal Parekh Medicine Professional Corporation.

Jaintheelal Parekh Medicine Professional Corporation is owned by Jay Parekh, MD. Dr. Parekh is also GreeneStone’s medical director of endoscopy.

The transaction is expected to close on Oct. 15.
