San Francisco-based Hinge Health has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cylinder Health, a virtual-first digestive healthcare company, for $105 million in cash, expanding the digital health company beyond musculoskeletal and migraine care into gastrointestinal services, according to an Aug. 4 news release.
The acquisition will bring together Cylinder’s clinical expertise and client base of nearly 100 employers covering two million lives with Hinge Health’s AI-powered care platform. An integrated GI Care Program is expected to launch in 2027.
The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026.
