Dr. Kosinski is also a member of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and Health Information Management Systems Society. He also serves as member of the advisory board of the Illinois Health Information Exchange. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Internal Medicine-Gastroenterology.
Dr. Kosinski earned his medical degree at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Ill., where he also completed his residency and fellowship. He earned his MBA at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Business in Chicago.
