Farzana Rashid Hossain, MD, is a gastroenterologist who practices in Radnor, Pa. Dr. Hossain is also affiliated with Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, both in Philadelphia.
Specializing in treating various conditions including colorectal cancer, celiac disease and gastrointestinal diseases, Dr. Hossain performs colonoscopies, proctosigmoidoscopies, sigmoidoscopies, endoscopies, fecal impaction removal and other GI procedures.
She earned her medical degree from Sheffield School of Medicine in the United Kingdom. Following medical school, Dr. Hossain completed her residency at Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Royal Hospital, also in the United Kingdom. She underwent her fellowship at University of Missouri-Columbia.
