GI leader to know: Dr. Tsion Abdi of Johns Hopkins Gastroenterology and Hepatology

Tsion Abdi, MD, is a gastroenterologist at Columbia, Md.-based Johns Hopkins Gastroenterology and Hepatology of Howard County.

Dr. Abdi is an assistant professor of medicine at the Baltimore-based The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

She earned her medical degree from the Washington, D.C.-based Georgetown University School of Medicine.

Dr. Abdi completed her residency at the Washington, D.C.-based MedStar Georgetown University Medical Center.

She completed her gastroenterology fellowship at Yale-New Haven (Conn.) Hospital.
