GI leader to know: Dr. Shanthi Srinivasan of the Emory School of Medicine

Shanthi Srinivasan, MD, directs the digestive diseases division at the Emory School of Medicine in Atlanta.

She is the R. Bruce Logue Endowed chair in digestive diseases and has served as the chief of gastroenterology for the Atlanta VA, where she helped open a GI endoscopy lab last year.

Previously, Dr. Srinivasan directed the M1-GI section of the School of Medicine’s curriculum for three years.
