He specializes in push enteroscopy, stenting, foreign body extraction, upper endoscopy, colonoscopy and several more.
Dr. Desai began his career after he earned his medical degree from Miraj, India-based Miraj Medical School. He completed his residency at Boston University Medical Center and his fellowship at Boston-based Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
He is an American Board of Internal Medicine diplomate and an American College of Physicians and American College of Gastroenterology fellow.
Dr. Desai claims he is the only gastroenterologist in California’s valley region to perform the pill cam procedure.
