GI leader to know: Dr. Ronnie Fass of MetroHealth

 Ronnie Fass, MD is a gastroenterologist at Cleveland-based MetroHealth system.

Dr. Fass is MetroHealth’s division director of gastroenterology and hepatology.

He is also a professor at the Cleveland-based Case Western University School of Medicine.

Dr. Fass is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology.

He received his medical degree from the Ben-Gurion University Faculty of Medicine in Beersheba, Israel. Dr. Fass completed his internal medicine internship and residency at the Tucson-based University of Arizona Medical Center.

Dr. Fass completed a gastroenterology fellowship at the University of California Los Angeles Medical Center.
