Dr. Shepard specializes in treating colon cancer, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s Disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
His career began after he earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. He completed an internship, residency and fellowship at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa.
Dr. Shepard is a member of several professional societies including the American Gastroenterological Association and the American College of Physicians.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Shepard is married with three children.
