GI leader to know: Dr. Pamela Connors

Pamela Connors, MD, is a private practice gastroenterologist in Westerly, R.I.

After earning her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine, she completed an internship, residency and fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.

She is a past director of endoscopy for Philadelphia-based Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

She has an interest in women’s health, colon and rectal cancer screening and peptic ulcer disease, among others.

Dr. Connors performs surgical procedures at River Valley ASC, in Norwich, Conn., of which she is a partial owner.
