She earned her medical degree from Ontario, Canada-based Queen’s University. She completed a residency at Calgary, Canada-based Alberta Children’s Hospital and a fellowship at Canada-based Sainte-Justine Hospital at the University of Montreal. She also completed a research fellowship at Los Angeles-based Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Dr. Dubinsky served as director of Cedars-Sinai’s Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center, before she began her tenure at Mount-Sinai.
She has been published in 83 peer-reviewed journals and she sits on the editorial board of several journals including Gastroenterology, American Journal of Gastroenterology and Nature Clinical Practice Gastroenterology & Hepatology.
Dr. Dubinsky received an award from the International Organization for the Study of Inflammatory Bowel Disease in 2010.
