Dr. Jurell has an interest in all areas of gastroenterology and hepatology.
His career began after he earned his medical degree from Bloomington-based Indiana University. He completed his residency at Indianapolis-based St. Vincent Hospital and his fellowship at Milwaukee’s Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Jurell is board certified in gastroenterology and currently serves as the medical director of Cincinnati’s Mercy Fairfield Endoscopy Center.
He is a member of several professional societies including the American College of Gastroenterology.
