Dr. Weippert is also a clinical instructor of internal medicine at Erie, Pa.-based Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He began his career after earning his degree from Athens-based Ohio University of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a residency at Warren, Ohio-based St. Joseph Health Center and a fellowship at Erie-based Millcreek Community Hospital.
Dr. Weippert is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association and the American College of Gastroenterology, among others.
