Dr. Vainder earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School. He completed an internship and residency at Chicago-based Illinois Masonic Medical Center and a fellowship at Hines (Ill.) Veterans Administration Hospital.
He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Vainder is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Gastroenterology Society and Illinois State Medical Society.
He is an associate clinical instructor at the University of Illinois-Chicago.
