Dr. Tan joined Gastroenterology Associates of Northern Virginia, a private GI practice, in 2006. There, he founded a health and wellness services program to help patients reduce their risks of developing colon cancer. Dr. Tan’s clinical interests include the relationship between
gastroesophageal reflux disease and obesity.
In addition to running his clinical practice, Dr. Tan is a clinical assistant professor at the George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C.
