He earned his medical degree from State University of New York in Buffalo. He completed a residency at Buffalo (N.Y.) General Hospital and a fellowship at Boston-based Tufts New England Medical Center.
He is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.
Dr. Singer is an American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association and American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy member.
He is affiliated with Glendale-based Banner Thunderbird Medical Center.
