He earned his medical degree from Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Wake Forest University. He completed his residency and internship at Philadelphia-based Thomas Jefferson University and his fellowship at Chicago-based Rush Presbyterian.
Dr. James founded Associates in Gastroenterology in 1995 with Sue Lee, MD.
He also helped found the practice’s outpatient endoscopy center, Associated Endoscopy.
Outside of his practice, Dr. James enjoys spending time with his family, gardening and swimming.
