He began his career after earning his medical degree from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in Brazil . He completed an internship, residency and fellowship at the University of Miami.
Dr. da Silveira completed a year of specialty training in endoscopic ultrasound.
Dr. da Silveira is fluent in four languages.
