After earning his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed an internship, residency and fellowship at Glassboro, N.J.-based Rowan University.
Dr. Blair is the assistant program director for Rowan University’s gastroenterology fellowship program.
He has been a presenter at several national research conferences.
