Dr. Das specializes in pancreatobiliary disorders, gastrointestinal cancer, esophageal disease and gastrointestinal bleeding.
He began his career after earning his medical degree from Silchar Medical College. He completed additional education at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research and the Sanjay Gandhi Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences of India. All three organizations are in India.
Dr. Das then completed gastroenterology fellowships at Cleveland-based Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center and the University Hospitals of Cleveland. He completed an advanced endoscopy fellowship at the University Hospital of Cleveland.
He has published more than 300 peer-reviewed presentations.
Dr. Das is an American College of Gastroenterology and American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy fellow.
Outside of his practice, he has a wife and an 11-year-old son who is the “best ever” Cleveland Cavaliers fan.
